Slow Pouring our Lager Projekt: German Pilsner

Head to any of our craft brewery taprooms across Tennessee, and you might see a brilliantly clear beer with a fluffy top of foam pass you by, or a few of half-filled ones waiting on the draft wall. That’s our slow pour program!

All of our Lager Projekt beers are poured on Lukr side-pull faucets, taps that allow us to vary the flow rate of beer around a ball valve and a micro-screen that aerates the foam. The creamier, denser cap of foam is filled first, then the beer is poured from beneath, creating a beer with better head retention, silkier foam, and a different drinking experience!

Take it one step further by ordering your German Pilsner slow poured: a process that takes 5-7 minutes, but is well worth the wait.
