The Resinbinder is a Master of the Wizards' Order, though most of his work happens well outside the walls of Brewfall.

He operates from the Pinevault, a secluded workshop deep in the Eastern Mountains. The Pinevault began as a study post… somewhere quiet to map the resin-heavy hop varieties that grew in the high altitudes east of the capital, but the Resinbinder never came back. Years passed, then more years, and what started as a survey post became a discipline of its own.

He had trained in Brewfall like the rest, under the Hoptographer's old field methods, but the eastern slopes carried hop varieties the Hoptographer's records had only sketched… varietals heavy with resin, sharp with pine, dense with the dank oils that grew well in altitude. The Resinbinder found that the more time he spent with them, the less the capital's approach seemed to apply.

The Pinevault is set up as a solo-practitioner operation. Long shelves line the walls, stacked with sealed jars of pine resin, racks of dried hops he's grown himself, and the mortars and pestles he uses to extract oil from the cone. A single small kiln in the back handles slow-drying. He maintains contact with the Order through periodic shipments to the Brewfall Archive – sealed parcels of distillates, dried hops, and field notes – but he has not returned to the capital in years.

His work carries the body and softness the hazy style is known for, but with pine, resin, and dank weight pulled to the front.

This beer is his contribution.
