…but not just any lager. We love a high-quality, timeless libation brewed with only the best traditional ingredients. A delicate lager with a crisp finish. Something crushable, yet refined. Cue Lager Projekt, our newest release we’re incredibly proud to debut in retailers across the state.

We’ve been developing our Lager Projekt series over the last five years - our line of traditional, clean lagers adhering to the Reinheitsgebot German tradition. And finally, we’ve landed on the conclusive best expression of our many years of the series, and even more years of lager refinement.

Lager Projekt was brewed with beer lovers in mind. A Helles in style, it’s a true labor of love from the team. Poured from a traditional, hand-made side pour handle, and served in custom engraved glassware with gold details. It’s the little things!

Made from heritage, summer barley, this German-style helles lager features delicate flavors of fresh bread underpinned by the honey and toast notes of Vienna and Munich malts. Anchored with a subtle minerality and balanced with Hallertau Mittelfrüh which lends nuanced floral, spicy, and herbal notes. The end product exudes sophistication yet remains crisp and quenching, pour after pour.
