Q: Why is it called Amber Wave?
A: It was originally dreamt as a reference to the American “amber waves of grain.”

Q: What about its color profile?  This doesn’t look like a category amber ale.
A: It really isn’t.  It does hold a bit of a darker hue as a result of the chocolate malt added to the brew.  However, as is typical in amber beers, it does pair perfectly with BBQ and burgers.
